Tennessee High Class of 1990 20-year Reunion Information

Class of 1978 Reunion Information - Submitted by Janet Clark - October 3, 2008
Members of Tennessee High School's Class of 1978 recently celebrated their 30th class reunion. The celebration took place September 19-20. The reunion was planned in conjunction with Bristol's Rhythm and Roots Festival. Classmates enjoyed a "pig roast", barbeque, and all the fixings on Friday night at the Belvedere Mansion across from Anderson Elementary School. Following the feast, some of the die hard, stay-up-late people, went to Rhythm and Roots for some continued entertainment. Saturday brought the classmates together at Karma's downtown, where the Volunteer fans were able to watch the game on a big screen T.V. while enjoying snacks. Finally, the classmates gathered for some delicious appetizers catered by C.J.'s. During the Friday celebration, Janet Clark gathered together some Anderson Elementary alumnae for a picture. Janet is proud to be teaching at Anderson where she went to school and was glad to see so many of her old Anderson buddies. Some of her classmates moved away and attended other high schools, but were able to make it back for this celebration. One classmate traveled all the way from Colorado with her son and parents. Another one came from Nashville with his wife amidst celebrating their 17th wedding anniversary! Many other classmates traveled long distances as well. It was great to see old friends and catch up on our 30 years since high school!

Thanks to all of our classmates who went the extra mile to come in for our 30th reunion. We hope we will be able to gather again soon!
