Beginning level computer expertise is required to complete this WebQuest. Each process page includes software recommendations that appear suited to achieving a quality product. However, all of the four processes can be completed using other software programs or by hand. The goal is for students to explore the history and manufacture of chocolate through inquiry learning, and to share knowledge with others via export to website or portfolio creation.
