ISS Appeals Instructions:

Before completing this form, be aware of the following:

When appealing an ISS assignment you can do so for two reasons:

 

a) You did not do what was reported to administration or

b) The circumstances surrounding the referral / consequence are incorrect

 

Once an appeal has been submitted, Mr. Henley will examine the appeal and the circumstances surrounding it. If Mr. Henley is not available then another member of the administration will do this. In any case, in making a decision, the administrator has three options.

 

a) The Appeal can be granted and ISS assignment removed.

b) The Appeal can be denied and ISS will be upheld. or

c) The Appeal can be denied and the discipline modified. Modification can be either a reduction in days or an increase in the number of days depending on the severity of the offense
