The Sullivan County Regional Health Department will be administering flu vaccines in our schools October 18-20.
A parent or guardian of students in preschool through second grade must be present in order for the vaccine to be given to your child. Parents and guardians will be required to wear a mask while inside the school. Also, you must bring a photo ID in order to check in at the front office. The dates and times of the vaccine clinics at each school are as follows:
Monday, October 18
Tennessee High, 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Haynesfield, 10:15-11:45 a.m.
Holston View, 1:00-2:30 p.m.
Tuesday, October 19
Fairmount, 8:00-9:30 a.m.
Avoca, 10:15-11:30 a.m.
Tennessee Middle, 12:45-2:15 p.m.
Wednesday, October 20
Anderson, 9:00-10:30 a.m.
