1.  A specific page from a website

Author last name, Author first name. “Title of Specific Page.” 
Title of Entire Website, Website Publisher, Date of publication, Web address. Accessed date.

  • Skip the name of the publisher if it is the name of the website.

  • All dates in MLA are written date month year.  For example:  6 Jan. 2017.

  • For the publication date, put as much as you are given. If you are given just a year, you can put just the year.

  • Do not include http:// as part of the web address.

    Examples:
    "Athlete's Foot - Topic Overview." 
    WebMD, 25 Sept. 2014, www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/tc/athletes-foot-topic-overview.  Accessed 4 Feb. 2015.
