Flu Vaccines

Flu season is upon us, and according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, it is more important than ever to protect yourself and the people around you from the flu and to help reduce the strain on health care systems responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sullivan County Regional Health Department (SCRHD) will be administering FREE student and staff vaccines.

 

REMOTE LEARNERS

The following clinic is for remote learners and districtwide staff. All participants must wear a mask and will be required to complete a COVID-19 screening prior to entry.

All staff and remote learners are asked to bring the completed consent form upon arrival for their vaccine.

Due to visitor restrictions in schools, parents are not allowed to be present at their child’s school for the flu vaccine.

If you have not yet completed and returned a consent form for your in-person learner to be vaccinated at school, please return the below form to your child's school as soon as possible prior to the above date.
